I had a consultation a little while ago. I was consulting with the manager, and I had worn somewhat tight underwear on both top and bottom. Since the elastic was pretty firm, some flesh did bulge over it a bit. I'm 160 cm and about 48 kg, with a slim body, but I don't have much of a line, so I was looking into liposuction. But they said I had to do everything, even my back, and I was honestly dumbfounded.. They talked to me to the point that I briefly thought, am I fat? haha (At four other clinics, they told me to do just the flanks, and if I really wanted, maybe the lower abdomen.) Anyway, so I asked if it only looked that way because of the underwear, and they said, "Then would you like to take off all your underwear so we can look? You have a lot of fat^^" They said that, and I was boiling inside, so I just left, haha
