There was waiting time because surgery was delayed, and they looked tired. The answers were short, and after answering a few questions, they said to talk about the rest on the day of surgery. They looked at the front-view photo and said I needed to show the side view, which felt odd (aren’t both front and side important?). The staff member also seemed kind, but was subtly unfriendly (people who know will know what I mean). It was my top-choice clinic, so I’m confused and thinking about getting another consultation.
