Removing buried sutures vs. revision surgery to an in-out line

Seeing this in real life, it might not look strange after all.. But if the middle line really became noticeably low, it looks like the line design was set incorrectly.

[@홍삼양갱] Right? I thought something looked strange. It actually seems really pretty. The front tapers out thinly, and the tail end at the back is slightly thicker and pulled out nicely.

I recommend revision surgery. Your eyes look sharp, so having double eyelids makes them look more glamorous and pretty.

[@코으아아] Like I wrote in the post, I’m worried because when I put strength into my eyes the line gets weird + my nose is big and high, so it breaks the balance with my eyes (too Middle Eastern-looking)..

I removed the buried sutures first, and it was cleaner than I expected.

I think it would be better to release it first, and if you don’t like it, then do double-eyelid surgery again, since your ideal look is innocent and baby-faced.

I also had buried sutures removed a long time ago, and it went back cleanly. I did get them pinched again a few years later though..

I recommend removing the sutures. The line will probably remain to some extent, but the eyes become much more innocent-looking,, I’ve tried it.

Looking at the first photo, it looks totally natural and pretty though? Also, for me, it took about a year after double-eyelid surgery for all the residual swelling to go down, so think about it a little more

It seems like the epicanthal fold has strong tension... I’m like that too, so my line looks weird

You did it last June, and if they say it’ll stay the same even after removing the sutures, I think I would remove them again! If it’s guaranteed to stay the same!!
