I booked a revision rhinoplasty for next week. To find a hospital for revision rhinoplasty, I had consultations at 10 plastic surgery clinics in Seoul, and I got the feeling that this was the place. Because there wasn’t much information, I worried a lot before deciding on a hospital, and I had two consultations. I think it would be nice if more information were made available. I had my first surgery 14 years ago, and since a lot of time has passed, my nasal tip has drooped a lot and my nose has become upturned. They say it isn’t contracture, but I was concerned that my nostrils show a lot, so after a lot of thinking, I decided on revision surgery. The director has a lot of experience with revision rhinoplasty, proposed a surgical plan in the direction I wanted (implant-free revision rhinoplasty), and after looking at reviews, it seemed like he designs noses naturally, so I made my final decision. Since my first surgery used septal cartilage and ear cartilage, he recommended autologous costal cartilage for the revision surgery. I’ll try to post a review after I have the surgery.
