Maybe it’s because my nose was opened twice within a month (silicone, costal cartilage strut removal), but the columella area feels like it has gotten really short, and maybe because the strut was removed, the nasal tip feels like it’s getting lower like a deflated balloon. What is this unpleasant feeling lolololol From the front, the columella isn’t visible. Will this lengthen again.. Please help ㅠㅠ
