It’s been a little over 2 years since my nose surgery... It didn’t seem like this before, but when I looked in the mirror, I started to see something white.. hard? on the right side becoming more and more distinct. Is this cartilage..?? In cases like this, do I need surgery..?? Please help if you know a lot about nose surgeryㅜㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
