I went for a consultation for canthoplasty and double eyelid surgery, and the chief director was very kind. For double eyelid surgery, he recommended incision... I thought about it, then went somewhere else. There were quite a lot of people at the clinic, but the consultant was also kind, and it was one of the places I considered until the end. They said there was no discount because it was with the chief director.
