I wondered if there were no people because the clinic wasn't good, but it seems it's just because the director's consultation is like a class. They carefully explain the conceptual significance and limitations of facial contouring surgery, give quizzes here and there, build up the patient's understanding, and then tailor the surgical plan. Other directors talked about osteotomy methods, but seeing Director Takho explain rotation as well made me feel the level of detail would be a little different.
