I had incisional eye surgery, ptosis correction, and fat grafting surgery performed by Director Jang Yu-jin at Top Tier Plastic Surgery, and it has now been about 3 months since the surgery. This surgery was a revision surgery. I had my first double eyelid surgery before, but as time passed, the line became thinner and one eye became quite undone, so I was always bothered by how asymmetrical my eyes looked. So this time, with the thought of fixing it properly, I had a consultation with Director Jang Yu-jin, who was introduced to me by an acquaintance. We designed the line to be clearer and thicker, and at the same time, I also had ptosis correction and additional fat grafting to the upper eyelids. As you can see in the last photo, considering it was done through an incision, there was little swelling even on day 7. Right after the surgery, of course there was swelling and bruising, but as time passed, everything gradually settled into place, and now my eyes definitely look clearer, bigger, and have a more open, refreshing impression! People around me have also told me, “The line seems to have been made really well,” and “Your eyes look much prettier,” so I felt so proud :) Especially the left-right asymmetry I had been worried about has been naturally corrected, and thanks to the fat grafting, my upper eyelids do not look sunken and have retained a nice volume. Now only a little residual swelling remains, and once that goes down, I think it will look even more natural and prettier, so I’m even more excited for what’s ahead. I’m really satisfied with the results of this surgery, and for those who, like me, are concerned because they are not happy with the results of a previous surgery, I would definitely like to recommend Top Tier Plastic Surgery and Director Jang Yu-jin.
