I’ve really been doing so much online research that I’m sick of it, and when I look at review photos, usually people who didn’t have scars after epicanthoplasty also don’t have scars after restoration, and people who already had them before still have them afterwardㅠㅠ If you take really good care of it or get lucky, maybe you might not get any, but.. I had a white scar after epicanthoplasty, so I feel like I’ll get a white scar even if I get restoration, sigh It’s sad ㅜㅠㅠㅠ Is there anyone who had restoration and didn’t get scars??
슬란 I don’t have a white scar yet, but after a little over 40 days, a depressed scar suddenly seems like it’s about to appear... ㅜ
메롱뺭 I’m almost at 4 months and I don’t have any scars at all!! But I still have a scar from an upper canthoplasty I had 4 years ago, so seeing things like that, I feel like it may not be entirely a skin/healing tendency difference, but more case-by-case depending on the surgery
메롱뺭 [@] And I do think it helped that the clinic provided aftercare like laser, regenerative injections, ointment, and so on. You really have to go somewhere that provides good aftercare (The clinic where I had double eyelid surgery and canthoplasty didn’t have anything like that^^...)
윌키밀키 But if you didn’t have scars when you got epicanthoplasty, and then scars appear after restoration, isn’t that more about the doctor’s skill than your skin/healing tendency?? ㅜㅜ Or maybe not. But I do think skin/healing tendency probably has some effect too ㅜ They do say some scarring can happenㅜ I guess the key is how well they make it not show
제발111 More than differences in skin/healing tendency, the doctor’s hand skills are more important. I think the suturing method is especially important.
