First, after taking a CT scan, I had a manager consultation to roughly assess the current condition, then a consultation with the director. They did inform me about same-day booking benefits, but it was not very pressuring, and it felt like they explained the parts I was curious about in as much detail as possible. They also let me take separate photos of the scan images and were kind, but it did not feel like the director explained things in detail during the consultation.
