I've seen a lot of people who went for removal consultations say they were told they couldn't remove both the silicone and the nasal tip, and that they should remove only the silicone. Why is that? Because removing the support strut is difficult? Because the shape changes severely if it's removed? Because septal cartilage was harvested, so without the support strut the nose might be at risk? I want to remove both the support strut and what was placed on the nasal tip... so I'm curious why so many doctors say it can't be done. Everyone already knows that if everything is removed, the nose may spread a bit and droop, and they're saying they'll proceed knowing that, so it can't just be because it spreads and droops a little, right?
