Eye Surgery Considerations@eye-think

Orange community review

Even one star is a waste ㅠ I saw a Naver ad, searched in a community, looked through reviews, and then had a KakaoTalk consultation. They only knew how to send fixed manual-like promotional materials, and didn't tell me even part of what I was actually curious about. They told me to visit in person for a consultation, but (because my complex is severe, I would have been willing to receive an in-person consultation if they had told me even part of the answers to my questions or just the reason they couldn't answer) in response to my message saying, “If this issue can't be clarified, I don't think it would be meaningful for me to go,” they just told me not to come. Not only was the consultation unfriendly, it felt coercive, so I questioned whether I could entrust my face to this hospital. On top of that, after seeing a review saying the consultation fee is tens of thousands of won, it felt like they were thinking, if I'm not going to have surgery anyway (I could become a future patient, so who are they to judge), they might as well squeeze out the consultation fee. My trust in the hospital plummeted. I was momentarily tempted and almost handed over my money, but instead, thanks. If you're curious about the details, search for reviews in a community.
