This was a place I had expectations for because my friends had eye and nose surgery here 10 years ago and were all satisfied. It seems to have turned into a massive factory-type clinic in the meantime Even though I made a reservation in advance, I waited 2 hours + even after going into the consultation room, the consultant said they had to get a signature on some surgical consent form and told me to wait, so I waited another hour.. But the director was in surgery, so I couldn’t even meet them. If I wanted to see the director, they told me to wait another hour or come back the next day. It felt like such a waste of time I absolutely did not want to use silicone, but here they said silicone was mandatory, so I didn’t like the consultation. I couldn’t even meet the director, but there was also pressure to put down a deposit
