I only said I didn’t want autologous costal cartilage) I said my face isn’t on the flashy side, so I wanted a natural look with a straight-to-slightly-curved line, and they said it was possible So I asked what it looked like to the director, and he only said he thought the same; He didn’t even tell me what material he would use, so I had to ask for him to tell me, and all his answers were vague When I asked about how many millimeters of silicone would go in, he said he would only know after going into the operating room and opening the nose, and that whether to use the septal cartilage would also be decided then It seemed like he had his own very firm ideas, so the patient’s opinion wasn’t reflected. I felt extremely self-conscious even when asking questions
