I did want a natural-looking result, but it ended up being so natural that my bulbous nose didn’t improve eitherㅡㅡ I definitely had silicone inserted and ear cartilage placed in the nasal tip, so I can’t understand why it looks this natural. Still, shouldn’t 4 mm show at least a little?? I saw posts saying an open approach gives more definite improvement, so this time I’m planning to have surgery with an open approach. Has anyone here had their nose done at April31, View, Private, or JT?

에이스12 I did see a post saying visibility isn’t very good with the closed approach. I had rhinoplasty with an open approach at Private, and my bulbous nose improved well~

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
