This would be my third surgery. For my last surgery, donated costal cartilage was used, and I heard that if I want revision rhinoplasty, using autologous costal cartilage would probably be better, so I’m considering autologous costal cartilage. I’m planning to treat the scar separately after surgery. Which clinics do people go to a lot for revision rhinoplasty? I just want it to look a bit slimmer from the front, but it just feels like a high bulbous nose.. Maybe because I previously had it done without an implantㅜㅜ.. This time I just want to use silicone and costal cartilage, make it properly, and be done with it. Are Lowell and VN okay for revision rhinoplasty too? I really don’t want alar reduction, so please recommend places that are good at correcting the front viewㅠ

성형미인파토 Except for it being a third surgery, it’s exactly the same as me, seriously..ㅠㅠ I’m looking at Hanabi and Mind. From the reviews, it seems like they handle materials well and do a lot of difficult nose surgeries too.
마치나처럼 There’s a director at JY Jun who’s good at bulbous noses. I don’t remember exactly, but if you search around a bit, it should come up.
김대빵이 Third surgery????? You’ll really need to look carefully at clinic reviews before going, won’t you? Check out April31. They’re good even at extreme revision rhinoplasty. I got mine here too.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
