After excluding places that only talk about the same aftercare revisions everyone offers, and places like Yang ㅇㅊ that play word games saying they’ll do revision surgery if you only pay the anesthesia fee, there really wasn’t anywhere that properly guaranteed things in the literal sense I was looking into it because I was going to use autologous costal cartilage, and I saw that Finish had an autologous costal cartilage guarantee system, so I had surgery there They said if the nose drops within 3 months, they’ll just give a full refund, which felt so straightforward that I went for it...
