It has already been 3 months since I had square jaw and cheekbone surgery, so I’m leaving this review. I really had a lot of concerns before deciding to have surgery, but looking back on the changes so far, I feel very satisfied and think it was a choice I don’t regret. During the first month, there was a lot of swelling, so it was hard to really feel a major change. But after the second month passed, my facial lines gradually started to look more refined, and now that I’m in the third month, my face has definitely become slimmer! As my cheekbones became less prominent, my overall face softened, and as my square jaw was refined, my jawline became much more natural. Compared to before surgery, my face shape has changed so much that it’s almost surprising. Every time I look in the mirror and see myself changing more and more, I feel better day by day, and I’m excited to see how I’ll look once even more swelling goes down! Actually, at first, I worked really hard at wearing the compression band to reduce swelling. I had heard a lot that swelling care was important, so in the early stage I tried massages too and took care of myself by drinking swelling-reducing tea. But as time passed and the swelling naturally went down, I’m not doing any special care separately now. Still, it’s fascinating to clearly see my face becoming more naturally refined as time goes by. I intentionally didn’t tell people around me much about this surgery. But friends I met after a long time, around two months after surgery, were surprised and said, “Didn’t you lose a ton of weight?” I guess it’s definitely noticeable that my face has become slimmer. But because the change looks natural, they don’t seem to know I had cosmetic surgery and all seem to think I lost weight. I’m actually even more satisfied with that part! After having the surgery, my face shape really changed a lot. In the past, every time I took photos, I was bothered by the size of my face or my angular jawline, but now I feel much more satisfied when I look in the mirror or take photos. More than anything, seeing the swelling gradually go down makes me feel better day by day, and I’m looking forward to how much more natural it will become. It’s so fascinating that my face shape is gradually settling over time, and I really think I made the right decision to have this surgery~ : ).
