My original nose was short and the bridge was low, so I was stressed because my nose looked noticeably plain on my face. I finally made up my mind and had rhinoplasty, but for the first surgery I didn’t research properly and rushed into it, and the implant became crooked and collapsed, so it was a whole mess. That’s why I decided on revision rhinoplasty~ Before the revision rhinoplasty, I consulted several hospitals, and each hospital suggested a different approach, but the most important thing was to pursue a natural look while making sure the nose didn’t become too long. While looking mainly at larger hospitals with CCTV, I decided to have surgery at ID Hospital, where they suggested customized surgery considering the overall proportions of my face. The method was to replace the silicone on the nasal bridge and refine the nasal tip to make it a little longer and more sophisticated. During the preoperative consultation, they emphasized keeping the nasal tip from being raised too much and harmonizing the proportions of the nose. Right after surgery, it was a little hard to breathe because of the cotton packing, and I struggled with swelling and bruising, but the swelling went down a lot, and after receiving laser treatment at the hospital and walking diligently, the swelling subsided quickly. After that, I was able to go about daily life without major discomfort, and the nose shape settled naturally. The nasal tip also lifted slightly in a pretty way without looking excessive, so I was satisfied lol People around me also complimented me, saying my nose looks much more natural and suits my face well. I realized that postoperative care is important for a certain period after surgery, and receiving regular care at the hospital was also important. When I asked lots of different questions, they kindly explained things every time, so I’m grateful~!!! In the end, my short nose became longer and the nasal tip changed into a more refined shape, giving me a natural impression, so I’m very satisfied. My family was happy and relieved that the revision surgery went well, and my friends said I look much more handsome, so my shoulders went up a bit~ I want to tell those considering surgery that it’s important to receive surgery that matches naturalness and facial proportions, and I’m wrapping up this review hoping you carefully choose a good hospital!
