Before the consultation, because of the foreign-body sensation from the silicone, I wanted to remove everything, but the director said that silicone removal would be done, but if the nasal bone irregularity was too severe, it would be better to put in thin silicone again, so we proceeded in that direction. After the surgery, the director told me that he had removed the silicone and replaced it with thin silicone. After surgery, my deviated nose improved a lot, and the nostril asymmetry also improved a lot. The bulbous nose and thick nasal tip also improved, so it barely feels blunt anymore. The bridge of my nose was lowered slightly, and this is much better! It looks much more natural than before. I also had nostril correction and columella correction, so overall it feels balanced. My nose became slimmer and more feminine than before, but it isn't excessive, so I'm satisfied. Of course, because autologous costal cartilage was used, there was a scar below my chest and some pain, and there is still a little swelling. I think I need to wait a bit longer to judge the autologous costal cartilage scar accurately..? Still, so far I'm satisfied! I can feel that it has changed!
