I visited because this place was recommended in communities as one of the big three, but honestly I was a bit disappointed. This is my third revision surgery, so I do have areas where I’m sensitive and cautious in my own way, and maybe that made me see things more sharply, but first of all, they weren’t that friendly. It felt like, if you want to do it, do it; if you don’t, don’t... And when I asked questions like, “Would this be possible?” or “What would it be like if we did it this way?” they did answer well, but the answers were kind of like, “Well, it might be possible, or it might not be...” The director’s way of speaking, presence, and the consultation details really did seem professional, and they seemed highly skilled. It might have only looked that way because I visited while I was unusually sensitive, but communication also... I don’t think I felt it was particularly good.
