The director was kind, asked specifically what shape I wanted, and told me clearly when something couldn’t be done. They said it would be done under sedation anesthesia. The consultation manager was a bit unfriendly and came in during the director’s consultation, listening with her arms crossed, so I was kind of like, what is this.. The facilities felt a little older compared with other places
