3 days after | 1 week after | 1 month later Posting a review with my whole face shown still feels a bit embarrassing, haha, but the satisfaction is so high so I’m writing it anyway~~ In order: before surgery, then 3 days after, 1 week after, and 1 month after. As you can tell from the photos, my glabellar area looked low, and my nostrils were wide—a pretty typical bulbous/hooked nose shape. To be honest, among things like eyes, facial shape, lip shape, etc., my nose was always the part that really bothered me. People around me said things like "If you only fix your nose, you’ll be super cute," a lot too, haha. I tried things like nasal botox for correction, hoping to avoid surgery, but it had no effect. I really wanted to do rhinoplasty for sure. Also, I have chronic rhinitis, so I thought I’d like to do functional and cosmetic nose surgery together. Since I thought I might need rhinitis surgery too, people I met became even more careful/exacting, haha. It feels like I solved the two biggest things that always bothered me in my life, kind of. I looked up tons of reviews and did a lot of research before deciding. If I say it first: I am really satisfied right now. For the first 3 days after surgery, swelling was really severe, and my nose looked much higher than I expected. I was worried, but the clinic kept checking in on me, which felt really good. (I kept going for aftercare even when it was annoying, ㅎㅎ) From about a month after, it started settling into just the right height. Honestly… honestly, honestly, I’m very satisfied. Everyone who had said I’d be perfect if only my nose was right got really excited. I even keep looking in the mirror like, "Is this really me?" + The rhinitis is fixed too—bonus. It feels like the two parts that were my biggest lifelong complexes got fixed at once. I feel so good about it. Functional nose surgery is a whole new world. Definitely do it if it’s right for you, truly.
