Reviews from consultations at 3 places + leaning toward not getting surgery

I'm still slightly torn, so I won't reveal the clinics If anyone is curious, tell me in the comments which clinic you're going to for a consultation, and I'll only let you know if it's one of them! I'm getting my first surgery, and because my nasal dorsum is wide and my nostrils/alar base are wide, I said my goal was bulbous nose correction! 1. Clinic A (single-doctor clinic) Consultation fee: yes, CT scan + consultation Estimate: 6.8 million KRW (+1.7 million if donated costal cartilage is added) Open approach, hump shaving, osteotomy, septal cartilage + ear cartilage, bulbous nose correction + external alar reduction (mentioned that donated costal cartilage would be used if there isn't enough because the septum is small) I went for a consultation because an acquaintance with a successful nose surgery recommended it, so I already had trust in them. It was my first consultation, but they said that even with surgery, there are limits because of my original nose, so there wouldn't be a huge change, which made me feel discouraged. They spoke very conscientiously and honestly. They said something along the lines of, I think you'd be fine even without getting your nose done The nose my acquaintance got was like that too, and it seems like they pursue very natural surgeries + surgeries that other people don't really notice. I think it would be okay for people with small noses to go there.. Mine is a big nose, so.. They said that compared to how major the surgery would be, the effect wouldn't be that big, and the price was also very high, so it's a shame, but I gave up.. 2. Clinic B (felt like a factory-style clinic) No consultation fee, only took photos and had a consultation Estimate: 3.5 million KRW (+1.2 million if donated costal cartilage is added) Open approach, septal cartilage + ear cartilage, cartilage suturing, external alar reduction (Mentioned that after CT imaging on the day, if the septum is small, donated costal cartilage may be used) They said I would likely get a good effect if I had surgery. They looked closely and consulted in detail, but since there was no CT scan, I didn't feel a strong sense of trust somehow.. They asked what the previous clinic had said. I was drawn to it because there were many nose-surgery reviews in the style I wanted. The price is also okay. For osteotomy, they said, "Is it really necessary?" After looking into it, it seems like they barely pay attention to aftercare.. 3. Clinic C (seems to work hard on this community and review management) Consultation fee: yes, CT + consultation Estimate: 4.5 million KRW (+I forgot, it was somewhere over 1 million for donated costal cartilage) 3.9 million if not doing osteotomy Open approach, osteotomy, septal cartilage + ear cartilage, cartilage suturing, internal alar reduction (CT showed my septum was small, so they mentioned donated costal cartilage may be used) After booking, I looked into it and the brokers on the community were obvious, and someone else said their consultation review was that they were perfunctory, so I was debating whether to go or not, but I went, and the consultation was good. The staff and the director were all kind and gave detailed consultations. They said if I didn't want osteotomy, it could be removed, but they thought I would need it to see an effect. The review photos felt dramatic... Apparently the reason is that the price becomes cheaper if you do a review event, and they take and edit the before/after photos themselves and send them to you. Since people upload reviews with those photos, I guess all the review photos look good. The consultations were all better than I expected, but there was one thing that bothered me at each place, so I couldn't decide... Nose surgery is hard... I feel like I need to go to more places, but I'm tired of looking into it any more, and the thought of, should I just not get surgery..? is taking over.
