Face isn't a hospital I think positively about since the one time I went there for a consultation. They do a ton of advertising, and I don't know if they're skilled or whatever. I'm not sure whether the system has changed now. Take this as reference only.
I had an afternoon shift, so I booked the consultation time for the morning and went there. I arrived a little before my appointment time when the hospital opened, but more and more people came, and even after the consultation time had passed by 30 minutes, there was no guidance. I had to go to work in the afternoon;;;; It felt like a hospital that didn't understand the concept of an appointment.
It seemed like the hospital didn't understand that other people's time is precious, and they took too many patients at the same consultation time in an impossible way. Because other customers were all in the same situation as me... they had made reservations and then just kept waiting endlessly...
Even when I asked the front desk staff when I would be called in, they only told me to wait, and after about 40 minutes past the appointment time I exploded;;; I told them I'm someone who works in the afternoon, so I deliberately made the reservation several days in advance. Isn't a reservation supposed to be for getting in at the scheduled time because the customer doesn't want to wait? A 10-minute delay is something I can flexibly wait for, but this is too much. I said I'd file a complaint, and only then did they apologize, quickly explain it to the doctor, and let me in next in line (they only moved after I made a fuss;;; so frustrating) The staff still wasn't rude, though, and was kind. It's not the staff's fault... the hospital system is weird.
My trust was already broken by the appointment time there, so even if their skill were good, would I want surgery there...? Every little thing would mean a huge wait, right? Skill should be a given, and what matters is fast and reliable handling. They said they'd change the reservation system, and apologized for making me wait so long, and offered a nose filler service if I had surgery, but I never went back. They only rush to handle things when you file a complaint. They treat patients who quietly wait like idiots and make them wait endlessly. Trust is at rock bottom. The place is packed with patients. Ever since then, I don't even look at it anymore.
