I went to get a consultation for nose surgery. I had made a reservation, so the wait time was about 10 minutes. But I had arrived 20 minutes before my reservation time, so in the end it felt like I went in at about the originally scheduled time. During the consultation with the doctor, he showed me the surgery process, the surgical method, and cases similar to or different from mine through PPT slides, so it was easy to review the materials. He told me what my nose looked like and how it would change after surgery, and I felt reassured. It was a hump nose, but he did not recommend osteotomy. He said it would make breathing harder because the airway would become narrower. The additional consultation was with the director, who was really kind and gentle. It felt like talking with an older sister I’m close to, so I was comfortable. She also showed me various before-and-after photos on the computer, took out different implants, explained all the pros and cons of each type, and let me touch them. And when talking about the nasal tip, she had me touch her own nose and showed me how firmly it would be fixed like this~. Overall, the quality of in-person service was good. It was my first time there, but I felt comfortable. And if you pay 10,000 won, you can get a CT scan. But whether I did it or not, the consultation with the director seemed about the same.
