Honestly, even at the consultation I really had high expectations. Lower blepharoplasty, lateral canthoplasty, and full-face fat grafting for 6.6 million won. One week before surgery, I went to have the filler I had injected dissolved, and suddenly they said the surgeon was changing. They said the director I had consulted with couldn't come in.. I could understand that much. On the day of surgery, they suddenly said I had to pay about 150,000 won extra. I paid 6.6 million in cash and then paid again. After the surgery, they said it was full-face fat grafting, but they didn't even do the nasolabial area at all, and the cheek area still looked sunken as if nothing had been put in or maybe it had not been put in.. Anyway, I figured I could ask them to do it again, so I let it go. For the lower blepharoplasty, I paid for lateral canthoplasty too, and when I asked later because it seemed strange after the surgery, they said the director I had consulted with had said they would do the lateral canthoplasty too, but the changed director said it wasn't necessary and didn't do it. I had paid for it all, but I wonder if they even check the chart.. When I asked the staff, they just told me to ask the manager who had handled the consultation, and in the end when I called and asked, they said that they hadn't just done a lower blepharoplasty, but had also done a midface lift, which is ridiculous... You can even just search on YouTube and see it, and it's not like I don't know what a midface lift is.. I know my own face, so if that had been because of a midface lift.. How can they say they did something they hadn't even discussed with the patient, and then say they did a procedure they didn't even consult about without charging for it, does that make sense? And on top of that, they sent a post-op patient home without giving a prescription, and after I got home they called and asked if I could come back.. Anyway, I don't know if it was that I wasn't meant to have any connection with Face or if I was just unlucky, but I was so disappointed that I would never recommend them to anyone, not even someone I know. And after the surgery I saw that reviews about complications from that clinic were being posted. Seriously, reconstruction is dangerous and difficult surgery, so everyone should do their homework, look carefully, and choose a method that suits their own eyes. Aftercare is absolutely not guaranteed at the clinic where you had it done. Just because someone else succeeded there doesn't mean you should go there!! Definitely research it yourself!! Don't blindly trust cafe reviews either. Please only treat them as reference,, I really hope you all succeed with reconstruction and become happy
