I once went for a consultation there about eye surgery because I was told it's a plastic surgery clinic many people visit in Daejeon. The director was kind and meticulous, which left a positive impression. I went during peak season, so the long wait was unavoidable. I think it would have been nice if they had told me in advance that the wait, or even the consultation, might take a long time, so that part was a little disappointing.
