After thinking a lot about whether to get breast surgery with implants or fat grafting, the thought of having implants and needing to remove them later scared me. ㅜㅜ But with fat grafting, people were saying this and that about capsular contracture, so that scared me too ㅜㅜ... I seriously worried about it for a year, and after a consultation with the director, he said there is absolutely no chance of capsular contracture!!!!! So in the end, I decided to do fat grafting.!! First of all.. the good thing is that it kills two birds with one stone.. My thighs are naturally quite thick, so I could also get thigh liposuction and make my thighs slimmer. My breasts would get bigger too!!! It seemed like killing two birds with one stone!! So after thinking and thinking, I made the decision.!! They said that depending on the amount of fat obtained, up to 3 rounds are possible within 6 months. I have a lot of fat, so I thought I would be able to do up to 3 rounds. For the 1st round, they said it is like making a base, or should I say expanding the breasts overall, creating space by focusing more on width than height, and then doing the 2nd round to fill it in, and that it could be done up to the 3rd round. I had the 2nd round after a month and a half... and right after surgery, seriously, I almost fell over from shock ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ They got bigger beyond my expectations.... I almost cried...ㅋㅋ My boyfriend likes them twice as much ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ I’ve done up to the second round, and I’m about a B cup, but people said they look bigger than a B cup. Even though my body itself did not take in a huge amount of fat, the effect is perfect, and the fat survived well, so I think the result is really, really good. I really love it. People say fat disappears or whatever, but my fat survived extremely well, and I’m getting more and more ambitious. The director said he expects I can get to a C cup ㅋㅋㅋ I’m already excited. Ah!! And here, they also give something called an engraftment injection to help the fat survive well. You get it like an IV, and they give it five times. Other hospitals have a lot of talk about whether the fat will disappear or not, but here, they seemed confident!! Maybe that’s why I feel like my results are really perfect too. There is absolutely nothing like capsular contracture, and the feel is amazing. And my breasts do not hurt. The areas where fat was taken hurt a bit, but... still, it means I’m losing fat, so I endured it. My breasts did not hurt at all!! They say most people who had it done here still have the same breasts even after a year, with their breasts getting bigger when they come back, or not losing volume and staying exactly the same.
