2 weeks after revision rhinoplasty I went to the clinic and had all the stitches removed too. When I had my first surgery, not only my nose but my whole face swelled up overall, so I was worried it would be similar for the revision surgery too. But I walked a lot and drank pumpkin juice diligently, so the swelling has been going down fast. I check my nose line more than ten times a day, and I like it so much that I think I take dozens of selfies a day lol From a cosmetic perspective after revision surgery, the crooked appearance from the front, the drooping nasal tip, and even the uneven, bumpy line have improved. I had trouble breathing through my nose because of rhinitis, but I’m happy because it has improved so much from a functional perspective too.. At first it was uncomfortable because of the cotton and splint, but after removing them all and even getting the stitches removed, it feels really refreshing. As the swelling goes down a lot, I think it’s becoming more natural too. I’m satisfied because the nose shape looks high and defined from both the front and side, there are no curves or crooked areas, and even the uneven nostrils have been aligned. Still, it’s only week 2, so I’m going to keep watching it a bit more lol I just hope all the swelling goes away quickly!
