I’m someone with an absurdly wide forehead, so I looked into reduction before hair transplantation, and it definitely did get smaller. Since it was originally so wide, I do feel some regret that it would be nice if it could be reduced more, but there is a limit to how much can be reduced at once, and they said my scalp movement is good, so I could do it one more time later. Since the effect is visible, I do want to do it once more, but the cost is a bit higher than other hospitals, so I won’t do it again and will be satisfied as is. Because my skin is dark, the scar looks white along the hairline, but it’s only visible if I really pull all my hair straight back and look, and I don’t wear my hair like that anyway. Also, no one looks closely, so I don’t think it’s noticeable. I highly recommend it for people with wide foreheads.
