The director was very meticulous. He did occasionally make harsh comments about my nose, but I also received a hopeful message that it could be fixed. As other people had written, he conducted the consultation thoroughly and meticulously. He kept asking if I had any questions, but he didn’t really give any firm answer. He just said that once the surgery date is set, they make a mold of the silicone and then start making it piece by piece from there.
