My previous nose had HIKO + filler, so the remaining threads + filler in the glabella made the glabella high, but the columella thread bent and disappeared the second time lol. So it wasn’t completely flat, but anyway I had a flat nose, and because I also had a protruding mouth, my mouth stuck out more than my nose.. I originally got HIKO every 2 years, but when the third cycle came around, I felt like I should just get nose surgery So within a month I looked into clinics and got the surgery done. I’m satisfied with the result!!!! I keep thinking, why didn’t I do it earlier The dermis was used because removing the filler + threads during surgery would make the skin thinner, so it was to prepare for possible silicone visibility!
