The director did explain things in a lot of detail, but he didn’t seem confident about my nose. It seemed like, for non-implant surgery, he mainly uses septal cartilage + ear cartilage as materials. When I said I had rhinitis surgery a few years ago and therefore had no septal cartilage, he seemed at a loss. I had never been worried about material issues at other places, but he seemed too unconfident about operating with only ear cartilage, and when he told me to think about the surgery again for a few years or so, it disappeared from my first-choice list.. This was a hospital I came to while even considering same-day booking, so I can’t help being disappointedㅠ And at other hospitals, even though I had rhinitis surgery, they counted it as my first nose surgery, but here they counted it as revision surgery, and the price was the mo~~st expensive, so I was flustered. The consultant confidently said that if you have rhinitis surgery (deviated septum), anywhere you go, they count it as revision surgery. When I said this hospital was the first to do that, she said, “At our hospital, we count it as revision surgery.” Overall, the disappointment was bigger than expected, so I excluded it from my list.

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 29 Posting a male nose surgery review ~
I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
