They are rude, and the wait is ridiculously long. And I do not even know why the coordinator does pre-consultation. It is not even really pre-consultation, just like where did you get it done before, who operated on you, what shape do you want, about that much? Then I went straight into consultation with the director, and at the end I consulted with the manager, but what the director said and what the manager said were different.
