Both the consultant and the doctor are kind, but they have a chic vibe. I actually liked that they didn't approach me too familiarly, so I decided to have surgery. They explained things specifically, but spoke without flowery language, so I trusted them more, and it felt like they spoke strictly based on the surgery. Since it is a hospital specializing in revision eye surgery, I was able to receive detailed and professional explanations, and even when I was worried about side effects after surgery, they explained things professionally, so I think I was able to endure it well. Most of what I requested before surgery was reflected, so the surgery turned out satisfyingly. My eyes were slightly uneven before surgery, and when I told them that I felt that part had not been perfectly improved, I liked that they handled everything perfectly, from apology to explanation to follow-up measures. It has been quite some time since I had the surgery, and the swelling, scar tissue, and scars that I thought were severe in the early recovery period have all disappeared cleanly. The lateral and lower canthoplasty are being maintained without closing back up, and the line has not loosened. I am satisfied with everything, including aftercare, response, and the surgery.
