I had surgery with the buried suture method almost 15 years ago, and I think it came undone about 3 or 4 years later. I’ve kept living with eyes where the fold had come undone. Since it had been a completely hidden inner double eyelid anyway, and it existed somewhat and I didn’t particularly dislike it, I’m not the type to pay that much attention to it. But my original concern was that I wanted ptosis correction, so I went looking. I don’t know if my eye-opening strength is weak, or if it’s just a habit and I raise my eyebrows because I want the line to show.. My eyes feel so tired and I want them to look a bit clearer. (But I’m worried because the distance between my eyebrows and eyes is close.) I had consultations at about 5 places in total, and I put down a deposit at one of the places I saw early on. I narrowed it down to 2 out of the 5 places, and I want to do it as soon as possible, so I’m trying to decide, but what I’m debating is: The quote is for revision double eyelid surgery + ptosis correction + lower eyelid fat repositioning. 1. ㅇㅇㅋ Since it’s a private clinic, I think the management/care might be a bit better. They do triple buried sutures so it’s less likely to come undone than regular buried sutures. (But I’m a bit unsure whether the difference will be that clear; about 700,000 KRW difference from regular buried sutures, review required.) There are relatively many reviews, but I’m a bit concerned about whether they’re good at lower eyelid fat repositioning. 2. ㅇㄱㅈㅅㅇ I had a consultation with Director Bae Nam-seok, and he seems to have a long career, but there don’t seem to be many reviews. Rather than double eyelid line-focused reviews, the lower eyelid fat repositioning reviews look better than clinic 1. Since it came undone once, they recommended an incisional method. I was originally considering incision, but I’m worried that if I do incision and it turns out weird, there may be no answer for a third surgery. Because I had surgery here, the revision price is relatively cheaper. (500,000 KRW cheaper than clinic 1, cash price, no review required.) There are limits to setting the line with my eyes (protruding eyes + narrow eyebrow-eye distance + thick eye muscle/skin), so I’m debating incision vs non-incision. They said my eye-opening muscle isn’t weak, but ptosis correction is a cosmetic choice that I could do or skip. (Clinic 1 mentioned considering a forehead lift later.) Since I’m having revision surgery in my late 30s, I have a lot of concerns. Incision VS non-incision Ptosis correction VS not doing it I wanted to focus on ptosis correction, but everyone was kind of saying it would be fine either way. Instead, they strongly recommended lower eyelid fat repositioning, so now I’m looking at those reviews too and I’m torn. Which of the two do you think would be better? I’m so conflicted. Which one would you choose???????????
올리벼리 If it’s too difficult, how about another consultation??
품지 [@올리벼리] Should I go for another consultation at the same place? Or should I look for a different place?

Eye Re-Surgery@eye-redoNov 1 What’s the problem here?
I had a revision with the buried-suture method, but the line feels like it has dropped too much compared with the beginning, so I compared it with photos from week 2. As the swelling went down, my upper eyelid stayed the same, so because of
