It was a very, very satisfying surgery. But one concerning part was that even though it was my first surgery, they recommended donated costal cartilage instead of silicone. I wanted a refined yet natural nose, and it does feel like it turned out more glamorous than I expected, but I do think they made it suit my face well~~
