I was thin everywhere else and only my belly stuck out, so I got abdominal liposuction. Since the surgery, my belly doesn’t gain fat easily, but it feels like I’m gaining a lot of fat instead on areas that normally didn’t gain fat at all, like the inner thighs... If you think you won’t be able to manage it well, I really don’t recommend liposuction.
