First, this is my before photo.. I had consultations at two clinics, and in the end I decided to do it at the second one… The first clinic only recommended fat repositioning, and the second clinic recommended fat repositioning + fat grafting. (Director Jang Cheol-ho) They said that because my tear troughs are deep, I don’t have to do fat grafting if I don’t want to, but my satisfaction would be lower compared with doing it… I am worried about side effects from fat grafting ㅠㅠ but I’m going to try it.. Has anyone had it done at that clinic or had under-eye fat grafting too? It would be better for me to do it, right?

매몰5일째 From the photo, I think doing fat grafting together would be good. That clinic is where I had natural adhesion double-eyelid surgery, and Director Jang was also known for under-eye fat repositioning. What I felt after getting double-eyelid surgery is that if they recommended doing something, it really meant it was a case that needed it.
빠져라 Under-eye fat grafting doesn’t really have notable side effects. The amount grafted is small too, and that clinic’s reviews seemed good? I think it’s an amount of fat that could look hollow if you only do repositioning, so it seems like you made the right choice doing fat grafting too.
망망몽 Did you have the surgery..? My under-eyes look exactly the same, so I’m debating too. Could I know which hospital you booked?
