I'm thinking about facial contouring surgery, so I'm going around to consultations at several places. I didn't think the consultant was extremely kind, but the director was really kind. I had many questions, but there was no sense at all that he found them bothersome, and he answered each one well. I have a bit of a protruding jaw, and he said that people with protruding jaws have a lot of muscle around that area, so if surgery is done to cut the jaw, the muscle remains, and he said he would do muscle tying together. I had never heard this during consultations elsewhere, so it was both interesting and made me trust him. I'm still in the process of deciding on a hospital for surgery.
