First, I arrived on time for the consultation and was trying to check in, but suddenly the person at the front desk said something like I hadn’t answered the phone earlier, as if my consultation had been canceled. After checking, I found that there had been a call 30 minutes before the consultation, but I couldn’t confirm it because I was on the phone with someone else. They should have sent a text too;; I only found out after arriving without knowing anything. Then they said the consultation might be delayed by about an hour, which was absurd, but since I’d already spent time getting there and it felt wasteful, I waited anyway. The consultation manager was so quiet, and only spoke when I asked questions. He didn’t seem very professional. Still, the consultation with Director ㅇㅅㅊ was fine, and I liked that the director’s preferred aesthetic was the same as mine. The price was better than I expected, so I made a reservation and left, but later I found another clinic after visiting many places, and I liked it better in every way, so I ended up canceling the reservation.
