I finally got the lateral canthoplasty restoration I kept putting off. The first surgery went wrong, so the area was lifted and C-shaped. After the first restoration, the shape improved to some extent, but it hadn't been properly resolved. After visiting clinics here and there, I had it done by the director who understood the direction I wanted best. I hope it turns out well.. I'll post a review once the swelling goes down! + Review after 60 days - Preoperative condition Left - the shape was V-shaped, but the mucous membrane was lifted, causing dry eye and tearing that would overflow when tears increased Right - the shape was C-shaped Actually, this was my second restoration, so it did improve a lot after the first restoration, but as I wrote above, there were still many disappointing points. And I wanted to get lower canthoplasty, but I was worried because of the dry eye that developed after surgery, and I was also very worried about things like ectropion developing. So I researched several clinics that were known for this in a community, narrowed them down, visited them, and had surgery at the clinic that fit me best. The result is satisfying! The director listened well and understood the direction I wanted, so I was able to receive it comfortably. Honestly, cosmetic surgery is partly luck and can be worrying, but I really think it's right to go to a director you feel drawn to and who suits you well. I hope everyone reading this also has successful surgery and gets good results!! --- - When I looked at home or took selfies, I couldn't really feel the change, so I told the hospital and had photos taken. My eye shape definitely looks softer because the outer corners came down, and even though I had lateral canthoplasty restoration, my eyes don't look small, maybe because I also had lovely canthoplasty done together. The slight redness seems to have improved a little too, and before, tears would overflow when I had more tears, but that has also lessened a bit. I had a bad surgery at a young age and struggled, so I hope other people don't go through that.. Make sure to research online, visit many clinics, and go to a director who fits you!!
