I had my first surgery 10 years ago (when I was 20). I wanted to correct my bulbous nose, but I was scared to put in silicone, so I didn’t, and I just did nasal tip ear cartilage + a slight alar reduction. But the nasal tip dropped a lot like an arrow nose, so this time I’ve made up my mind that if they tell me to put in silicone, I’ll do itㅠ 1. Dr. Park at Dㅇㅇ He only looked at my nose, and I think he mentioned donated costal cartilage + silicone 3-4 + septal cartilage?? but I forgot. I only remember donated costal cartilage and silicone. He said my nose is very crooked, so it would be good to correct it together (functional nose surgery). If I want alar reduction, I can do it.. But at first, when he shaped it with a cotton swab, he lifted it way up.... It felt like he prefers a slightly glamorous nose, so I really emphasized “natural!!!!” a lot, and it just felt like he would listen to what I wanted 2. Dr. Heo at ㅇㅇㄹㅁ Donated costal cartilage + silicone 3.5 + septal cartilage + if the existing ear cartilage can be used, he’ll use it. My nose is crooked, but it was originally a bit crooked, no need to correct rhinitis, if I want alar reduction I can do it, and he said absolutely no double eyelid surgery ㅋㅋㅋㅋ He looked at the overall harmony of my face when speaking, and I heard he pursues glamorous looks, but for me, maybe he thought it was just impossible ㅋㅋㅋ He talked about going in a direction that keeps the natural, rounded feeling as it is Honestly, I trusted 2 a bit more, but the cost is 1.5 times different... I’m so tornㅜㅜ

5 years ago, I had my first rhinoplasty using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. What I wanted was a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but it didn’t come out the way I wanted. At first, I tried to just be satisfied with it, but it
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
