Mind - I had a consultation last year and went for a re-consultation this time. Long nose, deviated nose, nostril reduction, autologous costal cartilage, ear cartilage, and for the visible nasal bridge area they decided to use AlloDerm. At this consultation, they recommended lowering the columella. The price had gone up over the year, and the consultant said there would be an additional fee because lowering the columella was added. But it was almost plus 2-3 million won lol Since last year, I had been going around to consultations, and it was still the hospital I liked most and my first choice, but it honestly felt like whatever the consultant says is the price. For the additional cost, it just felt like they could name any price. They did not even retake the CT, but I paid a 50,000 won consultation fee. The reason I considered it my first choice was not the consultant, but because the doctor’s results were my style and I liked them, so I went back for a re-consultation. Honestly, I did not like the attitude, which felt like a rip-off. But the consultant is not the one doing the surgery, so it is still on my priority list for now. Named - There was no waiting time and it was very quiet. The doctor explained things in detail. When I mentioned nostril reduction, he said it was okay to do it. For the visible area next to the nasal bridge, they said they do not use AlloDerm. Since it was revision nose + full-face fat grafting, the price was better than I expected (not that it was cheap; Mind was just so expensive that I went in thinking from that standard lol). They said they only do one round of full-face fat grafting. But I do not plan to have surgery there. Wannabe - They just said there is nothing to do on my nose lol So I just left. They did not charge a CT fee either lol I have heard everywhere that my nose is not that difficult, but no matter what I asked, they negatively said it cannot be done, so I thought this place is not it and passed. JT - They seemed puzzled that I was thinking about nostril reduction when my nostrils are not thick. So they said that if we proceeded without nostril reduction, it might not meet my expectations. But they said it is not a difficult nose, and because I think of my nose as bulbous, even after surgery I might think the bulbous nose remains as is, and since my thoughts differ from theirs, I might feel that the result is not highly complete lol After consulting here, because the doctor explained in detail, and because Mind had recommended nostril reduction and I had thought of it as my first choice, I started wondering whether I had been thinking too lightly about nostril reduction, which hit me hard and made my mind go back and forth like crazy. But my desire to have surgery here suddenly grew. Even people who had bulbous noses seemed to have had definite bulbous nose correction without nostril reduction, so right now it is my first choice. I have consultations scheduled at Last and Epic the week after next, and I think I will decide after these last two places! If both places do not recommend nostril reduction, I think it would be right to go in the direction of not doing it. There are a few other places I consulted besides these, but after consulting, I just was not drawn to them, so I did not write them down. Does anyone here have blacklist info or side effects from Mind, JT, Last, or Epic? Or if you have a hospital you recommend, please share!
