Review of implant-free rhinoplasty + cartilage grafting to the nasal dorsum <plastic surgery clinic>

My face had a long midface, a bulbous nose, and my nose was quite blunt-looking ㅠㅠ So my goal was to make my nose shorter and more defined, but naturally!! They say that if the midface is long, the nose length and shape really have to be made well!! While I was looking into rhinoplasty here and there, I heard that putting in a nasal implant can cause issues like contracture or nasal inflammation, and some people even end up having nasal silicone removed, you know? So I was thinking about having surgery without silicone or implants, but with implant-free rhinoplasty, there were usually a lot of reviews where it looked completely natural or the nasal tip was very low, so I was hesitating. Then I found reviews by Dr. Oh Seung-il at a plastic surgery clinic, and I liked the reviews where the results looked natural while still making the nasal tip look defined, so I also got surgery. The surgeries I got were alar reduction, correction of a bulbous nose, drooping-tip nose, and columella correction, and for materials, they used no implant and did cartilage grafting to the nasal dorsum with ear cartilage! When I woke up, the surgery had finished fairly quickly, and since I didn't have nasal packing or a splint, the recovery period was fast~ Looking at the front-view photos, maybe because the drooping-tip part was corrected, my nose feels shorter, and I've definitely heard that I look younger because my midface looks shorter!! The cartilage graft to the nasal dorsum seems to create a defined yet natural straight-to-slightly-curved line lol The parts I considered drawbacks improved a lot with one-day implant-free rhinoplasty and minced cartilage particle grafting, so if everyone here has concerns similar to mine, definitely get a consultation with Dr. Oh!
