For now, I'm deciding between ㅋㅇ, ㄴㅅㅌ, and ㅇㅇㅇ hospitals, but the only place I've actually visited for a consultation is ㅋㅇ. I'm writing this because I thought it might be good to know as general information. I put down a deposit. First of all, I'm thin with very small, almost masculine-looking breasts (basically none at all), and the size I want is just a full B. I also have very severe scoliosis, so after seeing reviews and noticing that the director (ㅈㅇㅎ) mentioned those points, I went there without much thought. First, they were kind. They explained the surgical method and told me about possible side effects that could occur with my body condition. However, they didn't really explain the pros and cons when it came to choosing the surgical method. I recommend at least knowing the pros and cons of the surgical methods (inframammary incision vs axillary incision, subfascial plane, dual-plane technique, etc.) before going and asking about them. Next, they put in breast sizes and had me check visually inside a T-shirt, and that's how they decided the size. I was recommended subfascial placement, inframammary incision, and, as expected, Motiva. They also recommended Sebbin, but.. they didn't explain the differences between the two in detail. They mentioned the basic shape, and I think it would have been better if they had explained with review photos or drawings. Roughly, it was just whether it looks natural or not, and that Sebbin can only be inserted in smaller cc sizes. Something like that? Then I came out and talked with the consultant. She was kind and showed me many photo reviews, but it was hard to get detailed information about aftercare or surgical details. I think it was difficult because we were negotiating the price. I had been thinking 4-5 million won, but when I looked at Motiva, the price was in the 10 million won range. Still, they strongly recommended Motiva, so that was a bit disappointing. And in terms of price, if I did it with the associate director, I think the price difference was about 1 million won. They said the associate director had only done breast surgery, but it seemed like at the previous hospital they had also done nose surgery and other surgeries, so I just wanted to do it with the main director. It was probably in the low 9 million won range (Motiva Demi). So I put down a deposit, which was 500,000 won, and they said if I cancel 1 week before surgery, they deduct 200,000 won for the examination fee and refund the rest. But I didn't hear this on the day of consultation; they sent it later by KakaoTalk. When I visited, the flow was photo taking > waiting > consultation (ultrasound, trying implants inside clothes) > consultation with the consultant > reservation (blood test, ultrasound exam, deposit payment). I think the total time took 2 hours. The consultation with the consultant was a bit long. In conclusion, the pros of ㅋㅇ are: it is not a large hospital (but still has 8-9 years of surgical experience?), surgery can be scheduled quickly, 2 surgeries per day, CCTV recording is possible (maybe they may charge a fee if you want to check it later?), they have a lot of experience with thin chests (almost transgender-level cases) and a lot of revision surgery experience, and lifetime 1-time AS is available (additional costs such as anesthesia fees apply). Cons: insufficient aftercare (they say they provide moisturizing, scar care, and regenerative care, but I didn't hear any detailed explanation), there is no breast surgery department, so you need to submit an electrocardiogram and chest X-ray from another hospital (they support 50,000 won, but the actual test cost is almost under 130,000 won), I was told there are no additional costs, but in other reviews I saw people say extra costs occurred on the day of surgery. That's what I think. I'm planning to visit other hospitals too, but I only put down the deposit because they have surgical experience with body types similar to mine. Actually, it seems other hospitals have also done many cases like my body type, so everyone should decide carefully
