I currently have silicone in my nasal bridge (I’m guessing 2-3 mm…), but I want revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage. Can the bridge height with autologous costal cartilage be adjusted like with silicone? I want to put in a maximum of 2 mm or a bit lower, but I’m worried it might end up higher than now

익명 [@비둘기국] I heard autologous costal cartilage is technically possible for the nasal bridge, but I haven’t seen any real reviews of people using it.. What about placing a thin layer of silicone instead of autologous costal cartilage?

익명 If silicone didn’t suit you and caused inflammation, then I don’t recommend it. It could be absorbed, and there will probably be a lot of limitations in shaping it?
김쵸지 Adjustment... I’m not sure. But if you ask them to make it lower than now, they do match it accordingly
지진히히 There’s also the issue of warping.. For the nasal bridge, silicone is honestly the best..
