I had revision rhinoplasty a few years ago. They placed 4 mm silicone and raised the columella with ear cartilage, but now that time has passed, my columella is crooked and my nasal bridge is also slightly bent. I feel upset every time I look in the mirror. I’m wondering if I need another revision surgery. When the cold wind blows, my nose runs without me even realizing it... It makes me think I wish I had never had nose surgery.
